I saw an organic shampoo that is on sale on one of their sale papers. I then came today to buy the things I needed. When I got to the shampoo department there was no organic. I asked the lady who was packing there and she said it's out of stock. Then I asked her to do a Reincheck for me and she said it's not her duty to do that, I must go to information desk and find manager. As I got there, they phoned a guy called dorminic who did not come so I waited for a good 20minutes. Only for him to tell me that they don't keep it in stock. When I asked him why make me wait so long he then said he was busy with someone else. Was he supposed to leave that customer for me.?
