No response

I have recently complained about the bad service received at GAME Menlyn and I spoken to the manager who promised to resolve my complaint and on the 30/12/2018 went to the store so see if my goods were there and only to find out that no one knows about it and left my details to be contacted even today there's no contact and my pool is getting more dirty everyday due to the fact that there's no cover for over a month I have been struggling with Game with no solution. I ' m very upset with their empty promises
