No repairs or refund on My new Plasma TV

I bought a plasma TV at game stores , it has a gaurantee .The TV screen had a problem by only showing half , the TV has no sorts of cracks or whatsoever , therefore I took the TV back to the store so that they can either replace or refund . We waited for five weeks without no form of communication as they said they would call us after the TV has been repaired . During that five weeks we kept on going to the store and still no efforts taken towards fixing the TV. On Saturday the 24 of July 2021 I decided to go again and check on the TV and I was told that Game stores cannot repair the TV or refund because the Tv had an LED screen damage whereas it has no Crack, and was also told to pay R6000 to fix the TV whereas I bought the TV less then the money they want me to pay for the repair . I highly don't understand how is it that I should pay for the LED screen damage whereas it's not my fault , and that TV is still new and has a screen protector on it .Game has really failed me on this one and I'm highly disappointed by the service they provide . I'm never going to buy anything from Game because I feel that I was ****** , the TV is still new ! I'm angry at this moment because they NEVER took the initiative to follow up on the incident nor escalate all they just told me is that if I don't pay for the repair then I will get the TV back as is . I'm so heart broken as I don't have anything to watch because I don't have a TV. The reason for me to go buy a TV at game was because of the guarantee and the trust I had .
