I am deeply unhappy with your staff at customer service I got a few unwanted bridal shower gifts and brought them to the store I stood there waiting for 25mins for the lady finish her juicy conversation with her friend who came to visit her at work that's highly unprofessional and to top it off I had to be turned down as she cannot take my items as unwanted gifts she ddnt even bother to scan it at all I had a reason for bring back my gifts as my fiance passed away in drc and I only wanted to hand in the items to buy things for my unborn son I refused to get all aggressive as that would put me n my son in danger I left the shop unsatisfied and in tears as its not what the tv advertises they say you bring ur unwanted gifts and get a voucher if u stock it this woman didn't even bother to check look I'm not asking you to feel sorry for me and my situation at all but I was forced to give away the gifts as I cannot use them I need things for my unborn boy so how you guys handle this I don't know seeing your new competitions where we pregnant moms can win Baby supplies and a cot , stroller and pampers and all that stuff gets mums like me on high hopes as we grieving type only get heartach
