No Refund still after 1 month

Ordered Number: *** - made on online purchase in July , 1 out of 4 items were delivered. Requested a refund. Akona Whyte was a waste of time . sent me to the branch, they could not help as it was purchased online. Waiting for the refund and 1 month later still told its with the finance team for refund. no concept of customer service. all managers are always busy with escalations. the staff have a dont care attitude.
