NO REFUND RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Refund not received!!! I ordered a bicycle for my daughter on 27/12/2024 online and it showed 2 items in stock. Did the payment of R1699.00 and then 5min later I get an email saying the item is out of stock and I will be refunded in 3-5 days. Today is 8 January 2025 and I have not received the refund. After receiving this email I checked and the bicycle still showed 2 items in stock online. Their service is pathetic! R1699.00 is not small change! I need my money refunded IMMEDIATELY! I contacted them via email and facebook messenger on 05/01, but till today no response! This is unacceptable and it is not the first time that I must struggle to get my refund from GAME!
