No refund for over a month

I bought a air-cooler in January from game they have picked up their unit in January but up to today I still have not received my refund. I have been chatting to them calling them numerous times they can't even keep in touch with a customer to let them know what's happening I've been awaiting over a month for my R2199 from game they got their air-cooler and my money which it seems like they don't want to give me back everyone keeps giving me all these different stories for my money. I feel like this is theft and they can actually keep that money cause they clearly don't Wana Give it back
