No refund

I bought a tablet 2 days ago and the quality is horrible and images freeze when my baby is watching videos on Netflix.

I decided to take it back to Game and they are telling me they don't take tablets back. The battery lasts less than 2 hours.

She has no games or whatsoever.. just watching on Netflix

1- when I bought it, no one told me that they don't refund tablets 2- the tablet is 2 days old and I'm forced to keep such a horrible item 3- they said they can take it to their tech that will take 21 days to give me feedback of which the refund is not guaranteed

I want my money back. If you have such a policy of no refund, let your customers know during purchase! What you did is not good and a trap in selling poor quality electronics and telling me I can't return it! It's just been 2 days! What more in the next coming months etc

I want my money back Game. This is not fair
