No refund after 3,5 months
Three and a half months later and Game has still not refunded me for an online purchase I made with them. Instead I’m getting the runaround to go and sort this out with my Bank which has been nothing but helpful in this regard even though they are not the merchant. I’ve been dealing with Natheer and I’m just tired of the constant back and forth without resolution. Game R2499 is a lot of money I want it back . You failed dismally to provide the service you promised so do the honorable thing and give me back my money I’ve honestly had enough. I promise me and those close to me will never make the mistake of making a purchase from your stores in this lifetime!

25 Aug 2020, 19:51I’ve responded twice to your emails already, stating that the bank still maintains that Game must log a missing payment request as you cannot pay into a closed account, their banking rules do not allow this. Why can you not call me anymore?? It seems as if Game is hoping that I will forget about this money by making it difficult and cutting direct contact resorting to only email.....I wouldn’t be here writing to you if I had received my money this is very tiring to say the least!
