NO refund after 3 weeks

I bought a Bestway Steel Pro Max (3.66m) pool at Game Potchefstroom on 1 December 2023, but after only 4 months this product shows significant damage to the PVC/Polyester material which have turned browned all around and the ENTIRE frame and ALL legs are NOT as"rust resistant" as indicated. Corrosion still keeps getting worse daily even if we keep it clean inside and outside.

We decided to drain the pool and retuen to Game as advised by Bestway on 17 May 2024 and asked for a refund from Game. Game refused to give a refund and said the product must be send back to Bestway and wait for feedback. It's been 21 days with NO FEEDBACK from Game or ANY RESPONSE to my 3x emails send since returning the item.
