No refund 6 weeks later

I made a purchase in May and due to no stock O was offered a refund. 6 weeks later and I'm still waiting for the R599 refund for order ***. Your websupport email just gives me the run around and requested my bank statements. I refused and ask for proof of payment instead. Can you honestly not see that the refund was NOT done???
