No Refund!

I can not explain how disappointed I am with my first online purchase from Game. I ordered a gas pipe and was told it was out of stock so a refund would be done .... IT IS ALMOST A MONTH NOW! I have sent emails, received two responses and almost two weeks later , NOTHING! It's not a large sum of money I'm shocked at how long it is taking.
