No promotional stock and no communication

Game had a promotion for 55” UHD Curved TV with sound bar, I went to their website and found there was no stock. I then tried a few stores on the East Rand and they did not have any stock. The salesman said I could pay for it and I would get it at the same price. I paid for it and a few days later went back to the store and a staff member said there’s no stock and they will call me on Monday the 12-03-2018 to let me know what’s happening. Monday has come and gone and almost a week and still I haven’t received a call. When I call the store I either get transferred or the phone just rings. 1. How can you have a promotion with no stock? 2. Why lie that you will communicate with me and don’t? 3. Why don’t you answer your phones? 4. What are they going to do to correct this? 5. When will I get feedback on what’s going on?
