No power supply and manager lies about coming back

I bought 2 Samsung 32” tvs fron the Southgate store and they tested the units at the branch and never put back the power supply of the one tv. I discovered this last week after opening the tv to use. I called the branch and spoke to a manager who claimed she would look into it and call me back. I’m still waiting and it’s more than a week ago. What happened to service and commitment to a customer made to assist?? Gane southgate please assist with my powe supply so I don’t have to call and beg for something I paid for. You’re utterly pathetic
