No one cares to adhere to delivery dates

I bought a garden couch named 'Out and About' on Sunday. I placed the order at the Game supermarket in Rosebank, but the Game in Greenstone is responsible for delivering it. They promised to deliver it on Tuesday the 27th of January. I postponed my meetings to wait for the delivery but no one cared to call to inform me of the status. After inquiring, I was told it will be delivered on Wednesday the 28th. So again, I postponed my 'to-do' list to be at home for the delivery. I got a call from them in the morning confirming that I should expect the delivery on this day. At 5.30pm, no one showed up and no one called to inform me about the status of my delivery. I called them back to ask. They said my purchase will be delivered tomorrow, 29th. So for the third day, I have to put my life on hold for a delivery that I am not sure will happen. Quite frustrating as I have already paid for the goods and have no choice but to wait until, hopefully, they deliver my purchase whenever they wish to.
