No one answers the branch telephone!

I bought a Bennett Read 1.7L Classique Glass Kettle and it has recently become faulty. It no longer boils, light is on but nothing boils. I am trying to call the Game store but no one answers the phone! All the numbers provided no one answers! What kind of company does not answer their phones???? This is sloppy customer service as i want to call the store to enquire reagrding my faulty kettle
