No more air bed from Game

I bought a camp master queen air bed at Game in Key West. After two weeks of using it, it got torn( hole) on those circles and this is on a morning where i woke up to a flat air bed then I return it to Game then the customer service lady and manager tell me that i used a sharp object on the bed. How and why would I do that? Why couldn't they return the air bed to the company so that they could determine whether a sharp object was used or not. They make assumptions and telling me that they were not there when it happened so they can't help me. They even have the nerve to read out the warning on the box for me as if I can't read. Really??? Why on earth is there a warranty for the air bed? Or maybe they manufactured the air bed and they know the ins and out of the product.
