No keeping their delivery promise

I bought a laptop form Game online on 26 November at 16h52. Their delivery promise is 3 - 5 days. I phoned them after 5 days and according to the call centre agent my parcel was about to leave the warehouse and no need to worry. Since I didn't hear anything from them on Wednesday 5 December I phoned them again. This time the call centre agent confirmed they don't have any bubble wrap to wrap my parcel therefore the parcel can't leave the warehouse. Today is day 9 and no word from them as yet. I will never ever buy anything from Game again, in store on online for that matter.
