No item received from online purchase - no feedback, no response!!!

I made an online purchase on 12 April and received confirmation that I will receive the item 3-5 days. Its been more than 3 weeks and I have made several attempts to contact Game, there is absolutely no response on any of my emails! I have never experienced such terrible service!! I want my money back seeing that you can't keep to your promise and deliver the goods purchased!!!
