No hassle price beat policy!

This past weekend I saw that House and Home had the Hoover Wet and Dry vacuum cleaner (HWD20) on special, but as I knew of Game's Price Beat policy and they were more conveniently located for me I decided I'll go and get it from them instead.<br> <br> I had checked Hello Peter to get feedback regarding the Price Beat policy and unfortunately there are a few complaints, so I was ready for a negative reception regarding it.<br> <br> But no worries! Roger (from Hoover) and Edwin (the manager) were extremely helpful and gave me no hassles at all! They did everything by the book (calling the nearest House and Home as a customer to confirm availability, checking all the specs to make sure it's the exact same special, and gave me a further 10 % discount on the price difference which I assume is company policy for the \price beat"vs \""price match).
