No happy with GAME ONLINE service

I have bought a phone online and the delivery states its between 5-7 days but I still haven't received anything on this. even when i called the call center it doesn't seem to make any difference. this purchase was done on the 31 August 2021. I doubt I will ever attempt to purchase with game online ever again.
