No guarantee/warranty on laptop

<p>Game lets you buy a laptop with the promise that you can register on incredible solutions website for a 2 year onsite warranty, however when you fill out your details on the site, it impossible to complete the registration as the site is set up for DION WIRED and only their branches are listed in the drop down menu from which you need to select the branch of game that you purchased the item from. Needless to say my laptop has not been registered for the warranty and the branch I purchased the item from is unable to help me apart from telling me to phone incredible solutions. Now is this the the way Game handles warranties or should I say ...doesn't. Pathetic to say the least.</p>
