No goods recieved - GAME

I placed an order online to purchase a tv on the 17th of December 2021. I have still not received my tv nd today is the 3rd of January 2022. Game has a delivery turn around of 7 working days but to date theres nothin, when i contacted them, they said the tv hadn't been dispatched and they have no reason for it. This is the worst service iv ever recieved besides the fact that iv paid for the itwm and still don't have the goods.. I would definitely not recommend anyone to purchase online from Game stores.
