No good shopping experience

Good day! I really have a problem. Whenever you go to Game Mahikeng the shelves are mostly empty and you don't get what you looking for. It is like they are out of stock or it actually look like the store is closing down. There are too many groceries and not enough appliances, electronic devices and other stuff that you actually supposed to buy at Game. This is turning into a supermarket. Also when you arrive at the till there is only 2/3 tills open while the q's are very long.

This creates a very bad shopping experience!
