No full delivery of order. Expensive item not delivered.

I am very worried reading these bad service reviews. I ordered items from Game. One being very important so I can print. My HP 652 value pack cartridges. Today I receive half my order... I receive a massive box with only kitchen roller towels which costs R37,50 but my HP printing cartridges ... not there and costs R659,00. I tried calling and you just hold. I managed to get hold of a staff member named Chantè she said she will contact me back. I’ve heard nothing. I’ve sent emails to web and customer service and I’m still waiting to hear. The worst experience ever in Lockdown from Game. All the other places I order from no problems. Deliver my paid goods ASAP. Or pay my money back and I will rather get it from Makro. This is hard earned money that you short delivered the most expensive essential item. No email or SMS saying you short delivering and not getting back to a customer on FB, email or phone is very disappointing.
