No feet on washing machine.

I bought a 8kg Defy toploader and when i arrived at home there where no adjustible feet for the machine.So i send my wife and they took the 2 front feet of the machine on the floor and told her the machine dont have feet at the back.I phone again and they said they will phone Defy and get back to me.After a week i phoned Muzi AGAIN AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE PHONED Defy and they will then phone me.Up to now nobody phoned me.The users guide show that there must be 4 feet to level the machine.<br> Thank you in advance.
