no feedbac**** pathetic service

I tried to order online during the black Friday sale but my payment couldn't go through. Game headoffice was contacted that same afternoon and I was told they would get back to me. Every response has been through me contacting them first and I keep getting the same reply that my issue has been escalated! call centers do not pick up the phone and emails go unanswered! I am running low on patience as this is pathetic service from such a big store! All I want is a proper response as to what is happening!!!! it is over a week already with no solution in sight!!!
