No feedback or assistance with Warranty Claim

I have been trying for the last month via e-mails, telephone calls and also a visit to the Game Store at the Garden Route Mall, George, were the product was bought, to have a Warranty claim for a KIC Fridge/ Freezer to be repaired. They informed me that they will contact me and send a repair company to inspect the problem and have it fixed. After numerous communication and also directly with KIC, no feedback from Game or KIC yet and this is really unacceptable.
