No feedback, No service, NO COLLECTIONS

<p>I have purchased a Hollard insurance policy when i bought my tablet from Games.</p> <p>i now have a clam due to the screen getting cracked, i have logged a called regarding the claim two weeks ago, i follwed up agan this week monday and still no one has collected the tablet for repairs,</p> <p>makes me wonder when they do pick it up how long will they take to have it sorted and delivered.</p> <p>they even asked me to pay a pro rata before they collect and i did so but still not responce or feedbac****</p>
