No feedback from rcs

I have an problem with rcs stating that i must pay R7000 on my game account after a lot of phone calls and e mails nobody gets back to you . I have piad an amount of R9500 already . I want an updated statement ASAP ... i have been struggeling for a month now with regards to this . They keep on phoning for money . I will not pay any money before i get a statement ..
