before I closed by game account I requested a settlement amount from game. I received a settlement amount from them and settled my account in full. Game still debited me even though the account has been settled in full thereafter. i have been phoning and sending emails countless times with no feedback. i sent all my banking details and requested feedback on my refund with no response for three weeks now.
