I have purchases a bell phone from richards bay store.there was no consultant that advised me that when there was a loadshed or no.power the phone switches off...i have a small business and this prevents me using this cordless phone.when i phoned game store richards bay.they blankly refused to change the device to a landline device.im am utterly appalled at their service.the phone is a month old.
