No dispatch of online purchased product

I purchased a No Brand Cayman sleeper couch for R1999.00 from Game online on 8 April 2022. Estimated date of delivery was 15 April 2022. I enquired and I was told there was no staff to dispatch and also KZN rains was the cause of this delay. Understood but this product is in KZN and not out of KZN. Why was it not dispatched to date??? Pathetic service from Game Stores which I didn’t expect 😔
