No discipline - idle, flirting staff.

We have been avid customers of Game stores, and since the incidents which we have experienced in the Kenilworth Mall, we feel uncomfortable visiting this store again.<br> My partner and I went there about 4 times in the last month and everytime we have had to deal with slack service, items issued that have pieces missing from the box etc.<br> There is a group of male employees who loaf around the entertainment section, joking and playing around. You need to call for assistance, which is greeted with a half hearted effort. However, the part that is intolerable is the inappropriate flirting, personal questions and such. When I returned with my partner, she felt too uncomfortable to join me in the section, however I was questioned about where she was by the store salesman. <br> I completely understand the need to be friendly and I am comfortable with a degree of fami****ity, but such behaviour makes us groan with regret. <br> Another employee sets a bad example with his shirt hanging out, his pants hanging low and shouting banter to his fellow employees.<br> I have never complained about customer service, but I thought I would bring it to your attention as this behavior has made us uncomfortable.
