No delivery or any correspondence, 3 weeks later. Responded on HP but have not taken any further action

I am still waitng for correspondence from Game, I made an online purchase 3 weeks ago and paid for delivery. But I have not received my product or any explaination as to what's happening. I've emailed, called the callcentre, called the distribution centre, had a HP review. still no assistance
