NO DELIVERY - ONLINE ORDER NO ***

I have ordered a Dishwasher on the 30th of November 2017. I made a EFT payment and send proof of payment as required. I haven't received any feedback from Game online. I Phoned Sibuseng on the 4th of December, nothing happened. I phoned Octavia on the 5th of December and she saw the payment I made and escalate the non delivery. Ref No ********** 9. On the 6th of December she promised me that delivery will be on the 8th of December. Today the 11th of December Jonathan told me nothing has been done and the order is still in a Query mode. He have "escalated" the order again to the Durban branch were all queries are handled? The promise made on every website and printed media is 3-5 days for delivery. It is now 12day's.
