No Delivery on Chest Freezer Purchase

I purchased a chest freezer from Game Menlyn at the end of Aug 2017. They did not have any in store but promised they would get a delivery from the central warehouse in a week (week and a half max). It's a month later and I have received no word from them. No one answers when calling the store directly. I called customer care ( as per till slip) and they referred me back to the store. At this point, I just want my money back or the freezer delivered as in yesterday!
