No Delivery of items bought

Last week on the 29th of September 2017 I bought a fridge and a washing machine (both Samsung) from Game Secunda. I was told that they can not deliver on the day and I understood and asked when can they deliver.I was promised that both items will be delivered on 01 October 2017.The same day I moved out of the guesthouse I was renting with some dairy products and meat.

Later on the day I got a call that they will not be able to deliver but I was assured that delivery will take place on 02 October 2017 (today).I visited the shop in the morning to confirm delivery and I was told my items will definitely be delivered.I told them that I will be buying more groceries .At 17:30 I visited the shop because no delivery had taken place.I was told that someone called me and my phone went to voicemail.Which is not the truth because my call history does not show that Game called my phone. I was then advised that they will do their best to deliver and I will also get a call.

However delivery has not taken place and I have not received not even a courtesy call. I am frustrated because of the service I have received and the spoilt food items which I would like to know if I will be compensated for my loss.
