No Delivery of goods purchased

I placed an order online on Monday Nov 19. Shortly thereafter i was contacted for delivery and then i awaited for the parcels to arrive. 5 days passed and i still did not get any delivery. I called Game and they advised that my parcel was delivered to someone else, in another area and they will have to get the courier to collect it and then deliver it to me. They do not have an ETA as there is a massive backlog. You want to brag over the phone about your delivery SLA but you cannot make a simple delivery to me? You also seem to not be able to copy and paste as you got my address completely wrong not once, but 3 times!

This is unacceptable and I want my things delivered either today or Monday. Kindly refund all my money if this is not possible
