No delivery. No service

I placed an online order for delivery on the 6th of May which was due to be delivered by die 13th... No delivery was made. I tried to chat with them online, filled in the form to contact me... No one phoned me back. On the 16th I contacted them via Facebook and advised them that I need my order by the 17th because it is my sister's birthday present, they responded to say that my parcel is at the courier facility and assured me delivery would be done on the 17th... By midday I contacted them since the status still showed as shipped and I was told that it had still not left the courier facility. I advised them that I needed it on the 17th and asked what else we can do so that I can get it... They started just ignoring my messages. I then phoned the customer care contact centre. After 20 minutes on the phone with them they advised that the courier would phone me. After an hour of no one phoning me back I contacted them again and asked to either collect my parcel from the courier or go to the store and collect an order... After 25min of going back and forth with the courier I was advised that I can go collect it from the courier facility. After driving out all the way to the courier facility they had no idea what I was doing there and spent 2 hours there while they could not find my parcel... I was eventually told to go home and they would phone me when they find it which has still not happened
