No delivery - no response

Game Online uses a pathetic delivery company "Time Freight" via Dawnwing. Time Freight sends a few delivery SMS message, then do not arrive. So, you take time off work to "receive" the parcel for nothing. In fact, they do not deliver the parcel at all. Perhaps they take it home for themselves. Neither Game, nor any of the delivery contractors respond to email either. Therefore, I would not use any of these companies again. Still trying to get a refund on the goods of R2099 that never arrived from Game Online via "Time Freight". I am contemplating lodging a case of ***** against Game. They take your money, but deliver nothing.
