No Delivery for Black Friday Goods

I have reported this piece of **** entity a while back already, and received an acknowledgment that their management team would contact me at the earliest. This was 7 days ago. I am still waiting for this phone call and now the entity is threatening to dispose of my goods by tomorrow. I have made payment, sent this through 3 days already and no delivery. I feel this is unacceptable for such a huge organisation. Does Game even value its customers.

I just want to post this part in particular. If my goods are put back for sale on the online store and not delivered to me, I will sue your **** organisation for failure to deliver while sitting comfortably with my money. I don't care whether you have a big 8 law firm on your side, you are in default of performance and I demand delivery immediately.
