NO DELIVERY DONE
I received an email yesterday that my order was out for delivery. Today I receive two emails, the first asking me to rate the service, in which I said that delivery did not take place and the second confirming successful delivery. So is this how Game is making money now? By getting us to order online and not delivering any but emails or you don’t bother monitoring you delivery agents? Really frustrating and disappointing.

03 Mar 2026, 12:53I received a call from Game on Sunday stating that your delivery agent incorrectly indicated that the parcel was delivered instead of collected for delivery. At 2am!!! I was then told that delivery would take place on Monday, i.e. YESTERDAY and here I wait on Tuesday and still no delivery. What is the excuse now?
