No delivery

Writing this review to you guys because now I'm angry. I have placed an order on the 6 November 2022 I opted for it to be delivered. The estimated delivery date was the 13 November even now the item it's not yet delivered to me. I have been calling the call center they keep on telling me that they will escalate this with the DPD COURIER COMPANY for them to deliver.

I also engaged with the courier company I get to be told different stories daily. They will call me back, item it's with the Bulk deliveries. They are escalating this..

Knowing that I did a business with Game I called back today and the lady told me that she can't assist me as it is out of their hands the item has been collected by the courier company. I need to call them I explained to the lady that I have been in contact with them I'm not winning hence why I'm calling Game as it them that I got in to an agreement with not the courier company. I bought the item sold by Game not the courier company. She has the nerve of telling me that she can't assist me.

The other thing that irritates me is that no one is willing to assist me to log a complain.. As I have bought now Game has the money they don't care about their clients. Order number :***
