No delivery

I bought a blender two weeks ago.It has not been delivered as I'm typing this and nothing has been communicated to me.O had to pester them to provide me with tracking information which has not changed since 3 days ago.When making the purchase,they told me that it will take 7 days to deliver but now it's approaching 14 days.
