No delivery

I placed an order online on the 8th of June 2020 and paid for it for delivery. I received an email on the 12th of June 2020 saying that my order has been dispatched and is on its way, I will be contacted for delivery. Till today I have not received any call and I am still waiting for my delivery. The websites stated that delivery will take 7-10days but mine is still not here. I made an enquiry and I keep getting the same email from Natasha Robain that they are investigating but I still dont have answers. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. How does one get their order from Game stores. I am very disappointed at the incompetence of Game. May I please get my order delivered as promised.
