No delivery and no refund - 1 month later & no feedback

No service & no feedback. Not going to waste more time, below is the story in short as people need to be warned.

Bought something online and paid on 7 Dec 2018 Estimate delivery time 3 - 5 days Called them more than 10 times between now and then Nobody can tell me whats going on. I requested a refund on 31 Dec 2018 as they still dont know whats going on, no update and nobody accountable. Received delivery confirmation email today 5 Jan 2019. No its not delivered! Called them again, they dont know.

Now what, wow never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
