No delivery and no feedback.

I ordered a sleeper couch online and paid immediately. I've been calling every day ever since without any feedback. Delivery will be between 3 and 5 days; 5 days passed and still NO FEEDBACK. Call Centre is willing to assist but has no access to systems. Answers I get varies from "I will call head office" "sorry head office doesn't answer" "it just says 'in progress'" "sorry I don't have any further information" "I really want to help but have no access to the systems" "sorry I cannot do anything else". I went to the Stellenbosch Game and they just say "oh we don't have access. It is a total different process". Where do I go?! What do I do?! I've been calling daily and also emailed Brandan as advised by Call Centre's Abigail; yet - still NO response. Should I just accept that I've paid for something I'm never going to receive? I cannot complain about the service, because there is none! Game's online system is not working. Whatever you do - don't order online!

I received my sleeper couch moments ago. Thank you to Time Freight; they've delivered within a day after they've received the order from Game. Their communication and systems were brilliant. Thank you to Abigail at the Game call center and Brandan Naidoo from Game Online for going that extra mile to assist. Brandan also committed to refund my delivery costs as compensation. I still haven't received any communication from "online management" as per the above mentioned auto generated response. Auto generated responses doesn't necessary mean it makes you a company that responds. Clearly there are valuable employees at Game, but they are sabotaged by their lack of efficient systems. Abigail decided to take accountability and not pass the bug as previous call center agents did. I would not have been connected with Brandan and I might still have been waiting. Abigail, Brandan and Time Freight made up for the inconvenience. I would however think twice before making any further Game Online purchases.
