No delivery and no customer service
No customer service. Order has not been delivered in over 2 weeks, call centre refuse to assist other than escalate which doesn’t go anywhere, do not answer emails and have no relation to their couriers (Fastway) whatsoever. Call centre have not helped and have **** over delivery dates. Customer service is appalling. Don’t forget expect your order to be delivered in times agreed. Rather buy somewhere else
