No Delivery and false promises

I bought a fridge at game on the 23/11/17 and was told to collect it two days later on the 25/11/17 surprisingly when I got to the shop there was no stock available then I was advised by the store keeper to pay for delivery and wait for 17 days after that long wait no delivery still, what really angers me is that I am the one doing follow up and it seems like they don't care and mind you I was also promised day before yesterday my goods which I waited for the whole day still nothing.

Today I am still waiting for the fridge to be delivered, my concern however is how many other clients experiencing this terrible service from game vaal mall.

Deeply disappointed
